Thank you for shopping with Beautiqo! This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be delivered.
PROCESSING TIMES All orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
SHIPPING TIMES Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–31 business days worldwide. Please allow up to one month for delivery, as international shipments may take longer to arrive depending on your location, customs clearance and courier handling.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery can take up to 31 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
SHIPPING COSTS We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden costs at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your parcel until it arrives.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES Beautiqo is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on local regulations.
UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your neighbours and your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days at beautiqoglobal@gmail.com and we will assist you.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and offer either a replacement or full refund. A package is only considered lost after 31 business days have passed since dispatch and the tracking shows no movement.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
